Further to our announcement on 29th July 2010, we would like to inform you that from this point forward, Hydrotech will no longer be the UK distributor for DUI. DUI have chosen to handle all DUI sales directly, therefore any product enquiries should be directed to DUI USA on any of the details below:

DUI have appointed Scuba Diving Superstore (Formerly SDS Watersports) as their new UK warranty repair centre. All DUI warranty issues will be handled by SDS as of Monday 1st November 2010.

Hydrotech will continue to offer repairs to all types of diving suits including DUI suits, with repairs being carried out by the same highly skilled and trained staff.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT


Within the last few days Hydrotech have received 120 days notice of the cancellation of its DUI Distributorship in the UK. As valued customers we want to share with you as much information as we have at this time.

For customers still wishing to place orders we will happily accept these (via your dealer) up to the end of the notice period.

We will be carrying out authorised warranty work up until the end of the notice period. We will issue further guidance on where to send DUI warranty work in due course. However, we are keen to bring to your attention that we will continue to carry out repairs to our usual high standard on all suit types (including DUI).

We appreciate that this announcement may seem abrupt and we apologise for the lack of detail which we hope to bring to you in due course.

Finally, we would like to reassure our customers that Hydrotech will remain as prolific in bringing new, high quality equipment to the market and offering the highest standards of product and customer support.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all customers for their support with DUI over the past few years.
